This hole starts to show you the real character of this course. 427 yards from the medals, OB all the way along the left with the road, blind rough on the right (conveniently right at driver distance) and a burn running through the fairway too. The perfect tee shot here is to keep the ball at the left of the fairway; centre or right generally leaves you with a blind second into a slightly raised and protected green surrounded by hungry rough. Be weary of the wind too, your slightly raised on the tee box and that wind can whip a ball into danger easily. A good 2nd shot will get you green or greenside to a deceptively "flat" green that will usually always rolls towards the sea.
